This Limited Warranty applies to services, and only services, purchased from A-Adkins Inc.
What this Limited Warranty covers
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, A-Adkins will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any product that proves defective because of improper material or improper workmanship on the part of A-Adkins, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty Period under this Limited Warranty is one year from the date of installation of the parts or goods in question. A replacement part or good assumes the remaining warranty of the original part or good.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, damage, or other inoperability not resulting from either (a) defects in the goods or parts in question or (b) defects in A-Adkins’ workmanship. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of any part or good, which is covered under a separate manufacturer's parts warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover after-hours, weekend, or holiday service. Warranty service calls made outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm) will incur an after-hours charge.
Your Obligation to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact A-Adkins, in writing (e-mail is sufficient for this purpose) within one (1) week of the date you discover the defect. Failure to timely notify A-Adkins will void this warranty.
